Aimed at young nature enthusiasts, iBiome-Ocean offers an engaging way for children to delve into ecosystems, food webs, and the impact of human activities on the environment.

In the app, kids can interact with food webs, discerning the roles of different plants and animals within the chain. Through manipulating predators, prey, consumers, and producers, they can observe the ripple effects within the food web.

For a trial experience, users can download the complimentary lite version before making a purchase.

iBiome-Ocean is a follow-up to the award-winning iBiome-Wetland app. The iBiomes series aims to foster scientific literacy and critical thinking among children by encouraging curiosity, experimentation, and observation within different biomes.

The app prompts discussions around science topics and advocates for ocean conservation by addressing issues like plastic pollution, overfishing, and ocean acidification.
